the hotel is in a central location near transport links. it is a small hotel, so the inner courtyard is lovely. i found the room very modern and the bathroom clean. the hotel has a twenty-four hour manned reception..
the room was on the ground floor. it was right next to a busy, noisy road. it was impossible to sleep with all the street noise!

the staff were warm and helpful.. cristina at reception offered dining suggestions and booked tickets for real alcazar. the breakfast was good, though a few more hot options would enhance it. everything was spotlessly clean.

the location was acceptable for my needs offering access to nearby attractions
the room i was assigned overlooked a busy street resulting in considerable noise i found this disruptive especially at night a precarious set of wooden stairs connected the bedroom to the bathroom downstairs it posed a safety concern during night visits to the lavatory
